Personal Sales Support

Cupwea will assign dedicated sales support personnel to assist you in your entire purchase process from product selection, payment, delivery, and after-sales support.

Cupwea offers returns for store credit refunds within 30 days of delivery.

The returned items must satisfy our return requirements:

·Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

·Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.

·Item must have all tags, including any original hangtags, attached.

·Swimsuits cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, due to hygiene concerns.

·Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

·Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store credit can be used as cash in your purchase. It can only be used at hiworld100.top and cannot be transferred or converted back to cash.

Wholesale Discount

You will enjoy two types of wholesale discounts: Order discounts, and Volume Discounts.

Wholesale discounts are applied in addition to any existing discount offered on the Cupwea website.

Cupwea reserves all the rights to change all the wholesale program details should any circumstance renders it necessary.
